McClelland, Sheldon - Age 89 years of R.D. 1, Greensboro, Pennsylvania, died Tuesday, 3 December 1968 in the Curry Memorial Home. Born 20 January 1879 in Washington, Pennsylvania. He was the son of the late John and Nancy VanKirk McClelland. He was a retired employee of the Columbia Gas Company and had resided in this area for the last 20 years. His wife, Ada Gertrude Hughes McClelland preceded him in death in 1944. Surviving him are three daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Mary) Boniono of Carmichael, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Charles (Frances) Barbe of R.D. 1, Greensboro and Mrs. Robert (Mildred) Kintz of Lakewood, California; ten grandchildren and nine greatgrandchildren. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by one daughter and six sisters. Friends will be recieved in the Michael Lucas Funeral Home, Carmichaels after 7 p.m. today and until Friday at 1 p.m. when services will be held, Reverend William Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Washington cemetery, Washington, Pennsylvania.
